Hi, I'm Jen! 👋 certified personal trainer with 10 years of lifting experience. But my fitness journey actually started when I worked a desk job...

When my body felt stiff, my shoulders were tight and I got horrendous headaches because of it.

I was 27 & a physio told me my muscles were weak and my posture was horrible!

So I started strength training which rebuilt my posture, eliminated pain and completely elevated my confidence.

Most clients train 3–4 times per week, with workouts typically taking 45–60 minutes.

The program is designed to fit around a busy schedule, so the focus is on efficient workouts and simple systems that make staying consistent realistic alongside work and life commitments.

🥗 Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. The nutrition approach is based on flexible dieting, which means you’ll learn how to structure your food in a way that supports fat loss while still enjoying the foods you love.

Instead of restrictive meal plans, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge needed to manage your nutrition long term.

💪 What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients experience improvements in strength, body composition, energy levels and confidence over the 12 weeks.

The program is designed for gym based training, using common equipment like dumbbells, barbells and machines.

Whilst every exercise will have alternatives available, for best results access to at least basic gym equipment is needed such as an incline bench, bands and some dumbbells (3kg, 5kg, 8kg, 12kg is a good start)

🙋🏻‍♀️ Is this program suitable if I’m new to weight training?

This program is best suited for women who have some basic experience in the gym, even if it’s just knowing how to use common equipment like dumbbells.

Your workouts come with clear instructions and video demonstrations inside the app so you always know what to do. The goal is to remove the guesswork and help you train with confidence while continuing to build strength over time.
