Hi, I'm Jen! 👋 certified personal trainer with 10 years of lifting experience. But my fitness journey actually started when I worked a desk job...

When my body felt stiff, my shoulders were tight and I got horrendous headaches because of it.

I was 27 & a physio told me my muscles were weak and my posture was horrible!

So I started strength training which rebuilt my posture, eliminated pain and completely elevated my confidence.

Now I run Sculpted Body Fitness to help other desk working women achieve the same results.

Here are the answers to our most common ones.

What session availability do you have?

Because clients train multiple times per week, session availability changes throughout the week.

Each month I open a limited number of Foundations start dates for new clients, and these spots typically fill as new clients begin the program.

The best way to see what’s currently available and reserve a time that suits your schedule is to book a consultation call.

What hours are you open?

Our gym is open from 7am–7pm Monday to Thursday and 7am–12pm Friday and Saturday.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes! I offer a 100% risk-free start. If you complete your first week and feel like the training isn’t right for you, I’ll refund you in full.

That said, results come from consistency and effort over time. My role is to give you the structure, guidance and support. Your role is to show up and apply it.

What's your coaching style?

My coaching style is supportive but structured. I’m not some drill sergeant pushing you to the point of hating training.

We work at a pace that suits you, but I’ll challenge you when needed to help you build confidence and break through any limiting beliefs around lifting.

The goal is to make training something you actually enjoy and can stick to, not something you dread.

Will the training sessions be intense?

They’ll challenge you but they will not destroy you.

We focus on learning proper technique and building a solid foundation at a comfortable pace. We'll gradually increase the intensity as you get stronger and more confident.

You should leave our sessions feeling like you’ve worked hard and made progress. Not like you're completely wiped!

Is lifting safe for beginners?

Absolutely!

We meet you at your starting point and ensure you feel safe the whole time. We're not about throwing people into the deep end. Instead we work within your capabilities helping you to gain confidence with lifting over time.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients I train notice they feel stronger and more energised within the first few weeks and start seeing visible changes within 8 to 12 weeks if they're staying consistent with training and nutrition.

What happens once I complete Foundations?

Once you graduate from Foundations you have two choices:

1) Start our 12 week in-person program Elevate.

Elevate is designed to take you through the three main muscle building phases: Sculpt, Shape and Strength. Each phase will introduce you to new exercises and challenges whilst being tailored to your needs and abilities. This program sets you up to move into our next service Blended Coaching.

2) Start our Blended Coaching Membership

Blended Coaching combines in-person training with online support, allowing you to take ownership of your fitness whilst still following our programming and guidance. You'll complete solo sessions, offering maximum flexibility to train when you like plus attend two in person sessions a month to work on your form and skills. We continue to provide you with a training program, nutrition guidance and video feedback to make sure you're continuosly progressing.
