Select your program, choose a date and time for our call and answer a few simple questions.

On the call we’ll discuss where you’re at right now, where you want to be and how our coaching can potentially help.

Step2:

Get Onboarded

You’ll begin with our Strong Start System setting you up for success within the program.

We’ll work with you on your current health status, routines, habits and lifestyle to form a baseline. From there we’ll map out a path to achieving your fitness goals.

Step 3:

Start Your Program

Receive your custom training and nutrition via our app along with forum access and bonus resources.

Whether you choose online or hybrid coaching, you’ll have full support and accountability so you’re consistently moving forward toward your goals.

I’m a certified personal trainer with ten years of lifting experience, but my journey started at a desk feeling stiff, tired, and frustrated with my body.

A physio told me my muscles were weak and my posture was horrible, so I turned to strength training. Lifting rebuilt my posture, eliminated pain, and completely changed my confidence.

I created Sculpted Body Fitness to help other busy women achieve the same results.

How does Online Coaching work?

Online coaching gives you a personalised training and nutrition plan delivered through our coaching app. Each week you’ll check in so your plan evolves as you do. You get clear exercise videos form checks and support messages when you need them so you’re never guessing what to do next.

What is Hybrid Coaching and how does it work?

Hybrid coaching combines everything in online coaching with occasional hands on support at our private gym. You follow your personalised plan through the app and then come in for sessions where we refine technique build confidence and speed up your progress. You get guided training plus the flexibility of training independently. All in-person sessions take place at our private gym in Schofields, NSW.

How do Fit Plus and Fit Only programs work?

Fit Plus gives you full coaching support including personalised training plan, nutrition support, check ins and accountability. It’s the complete coaching experience.


Fit Only gives you personalised training delivered one on one during your sessions. You still get a program built for you but this option focuses on guided training rather than nutrition and full coaching support.

Is online coaching safe for beginners?

Absolutely. Our online coaching is built for beginners. You’ll get clear exercise videos, simple progressions and form reviews so you can train safely. You’re not left to figure it out on your own and we adjust your plan based on your feedback each week so it stays safe and effective.

And by the way, you’re not alone if the gym feels intimidating. Most women don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they don’t have a clear plan.

Online coaching removes the guesswork from both training and nutrition. You’ll know exactly what to do, why you’re doing it and how it’s helping you move forward. That structure is what builds confidence and creates progress you can actually feel.

You'll also have coaching support in your pocket, every step of the way.

How personalised is the training program?

Every program is built specifically for your goals, experience and schedule.

Our 12 week program changes phases every 4 weeks so you'll be continuously challenged with different rep ranges and exercises.

What if I’m not confident with my form?

Online clients get unlimited form reviews. Face to face clients get hands on coaching. Either way your technique will be closely reviewed to ensure your performing all exercises safely and effectively.

Can I switch between online and hybrid coaching?

At the beginning of each program clients can choose from either online or hybrid coaching programs. One off face-to-face sessions can also be arranged for an additional charge.

How quickly will I see results?

Most women feel stronger and more energised within the first few weeks and see visible changes within 8 to 12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition.

How much do the programs cost?

Pricing varies depending on the level of support you choose and what you need right now. Some women only need training support while others want full coaching including nutrition accountability and regular check ins.

During your fitness consultation we’ll talk through your goals experience and lifestyle and then recommend the option that makes the most sense for you. You’ll get clear pricing before deciding anything.
